Electrical Upgrades That Increase Your Value
Pro Panel Upgrades
Replacing an electrical panel is not a DIY event. Call Evergreen Electric for an estimate if your electrical panel is 25-40 years old. If your home was built prior to 1960 and operates on fuse panels, they are a fire hazard. If your circuit breaker is warm to the touch, smells like it is burning, flickers or dims when turning on an appliance, or sends sparks flying, call Evergreen.
Get Smart
Smart Home technology allows you to control gadgets, window coverings, ovens, security and more with a phone. Smart plugs and smart outlets allow you to control your lights and video doorbells provide security and have solved a lot of crimes. Smart smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors give you peace of mind. And apps like Amazon Alexa let you control your world at a distance.
Go USB
Newer electrical outlets come with USB ports built into the plug, eliminating the need for yet another device on your nightstand or desk. Besides decluttering wires, the built-in USB plugs signal to potential buyers that you’re attentive to upgrades that contribute to an improved lifestyle. If you’re not selling your home, you’ll find this upgrade worth it!
LED Lights
Admittedly LED light bulbs are more expensive than old school bulbs. But as recent technology has improved so has the longevity of LED bulbs. Your electrical bill will go down and you can have a clean conscience when it comes to giving back to Mother Earth. Did you know that in-home lighting accounts for an average of 15% of your monthly electrical bill?

What Our Clients Say
When we opened up shop we intended to set up a wireless operation for our desk support crew. Wireless still involves plenty of wiring, we learned! So we brought on Evergreen to clean up the wires, making our admissions desk appear more professional and our operations seamless.
Our older home didn’t have the number of outlets necessary for today’s technology, never mind a coffee maker in the kitchen and hairdryer in the bathroom! Evergreen Electric added new power, plenty of outlets for our chargers plus GFCI outlets for safety.
We had a recurring problem…for years. But Evergreen Electric was able to diagnose the root cause and correct it. We’re impressed with their tech capabilities and detective work!
